In AOI, you can connect to an existing UDEF view or create your own:
Open **AOI Administrator**.
Select **Custom View**.
Choose **Create** or **Existing** to create a connection to the view.
Choose the **database** and fill in the details as required (**View Definition**, **Name**, **Type**).
Select **Go** to save the view.
📌 **Note:** You can manage existing custom views to see what the machine currently has set up and delete any you no longer need. Assistance creating the view itself can be arranged via your account manager. This may be chargeable.
Open **Excel**.
Go to the **Access** tab and select either **Access Analytics** or **Setup Update Template**.
Select the **database** and choose the **Custom View or Template**.
Continue the process as standard.
