Ensure the credentials in AOI Administrator are not set up as the Hosting Admin account. If they are, change them to your own cloud details via AOI Administrator. This may also be because your cloud domain password has expired. To check, log on to your Access cloud account via the Access Hosting Services Applications gateway. If you see a message saying your password has expired, click **Reset My Password** in the top right and set a new password. Enter this new password in the AOI screen that is asking for updated credentials. The new password also needs to be updated in AOI Administrator.
