Error - 'You may not create the nominal accounts until the Chart of Accounts is complete' when trying to build chart of accounts.

The above message will populate if any of the categories are missing in the nominal code that you are trying to create.
Make sure all relevant categories are added. This should then successfully build the nominal code.
