To resolve this issue, you'll need to update your Access Evo Ticket. This can be done by doing the following:
Click the red Dimensions button
Click Change Password
Click Access Access Evo Logon Details
Log into Access Evo
Error - 'Access Evo returned a security error. Authentication ERROR. Ticket HAS EXPIRED' when synchronising Dimensions to Access Evo
