Order Views Configuration
Order Views Configuration allows you to choose specific key information to be displayed when raising Sales Orders and Credit Notes, and Purchase Orders and Credit Notes.
Order Views Configuration
Here you can select one of the predefined views for SOP and for POP so that this information is shown when entering a transaction. You should first select the SOP tab or the POP tab.
When configured for SOP and/or POP then, on opening the transaction windows, a table is shown on the detail window, adjacent to stock notes, containing the fields you have selected. The View is refreshed on what you have selected, e.g. if stock code has been selected then the view is updated on selecting a Stock Code.
View Name
The system comes with three default Views, of which you are able to select one each for SOP and POP. These views are:
Last Sold Prices
Includes Order Date, Order Number, Qty, and Price.
Last Sold Customers
Includes Customer Name, Order Date, Order Number, Qty, and Price.
Shipment Information
Includes PO Number, Expected Delivery Date, Qty of Selected Product , Container Ref (Project), and Status via one of the Sort Keys on Project. This is looking at all PO Lines for the Selected product that are not complete where linked to a Project which is a shipment.
Select from the drop-down your desired view; each view contains a number of column headings.
Tick the column headings that you want to display in SOP/POP,
Using the reorder toolbar buttons, you can change the order of the headings,
You can optionally restrict the View by ticking one or more of the Filters and then selecting a Filter Column Mapping, e.g. you may want to filter Customer Code by Sub Analysis to show only Customers in a particular region.
Display Top… Rows
Enter the number of rows of data that you want to see when entering an order. The default is 10 rows.
