The CRM Smart Tag Summary can be opened from the Smart Tag function on the CRM Data Entry window.

The summary contains information about the currently selected Prospect or Customer and contains links to the user and contact reports.

If launched from a Customer record, you can open the Customer Summary from a link at the top of the summary window.
