The Estimates option works in exactly the same way as Pro Formas. Estimate/Quotations documents can be printed or converted to Live Orders in much the same way as described for Pro Forma Invoices.

If you wish to send Estimate documents by email, to the email address held against the Delivery address, you should tick the Print Delivery Address on Invoice option on the Documents tab in System Options.
