Intelligent Analysis
Access Accounts can analyse your transactions in many different ways, this analysis can then be viewed in the enquiry windows or by using the extensive reporting facilities.
Analyses are based either on Analysis Codes or on Key fields
The Analysis Codes provide automatic analysis as the transaction is stored in the database. The analysis is instantly available through enquiry windows as well as through reports. This type of Analysis uses intelligent defaults.
The Key fields associated with records and transactions do not have to be used. When they are used, they are stored as part of the record or transaction and can be used as selection criteria when printing reports. This type of Analysis has either no defaults or plain defaults.
To illustrate the full width and breath of available analysis, the following analyses are available when entering a Sales Order:
