Select the Auto Reconcile button to open the Messages window and begin the automatic reconciliation process. The system will run through the transactions, using the matching rules you have created.

Matching Progress is shown in the top pane.

As the matching process is running, Conflicting Transactions are reported in the middle pane, and Possible Matches are reported in the bottom pane.

On the Toolbar is a Clear button, which resets the contents of the three panes.
