Clicking Duplicate displays a window that allows the selected Project to be copied up to 9999 times. This allows you to short-cut the process of entering Project Records ready for use.

You can set up one master Project as a selection with all of the necessary Cost Centres and uplifts entered, and then duplicate the master.

Having entered the required number of copies clicking OK will display another window. This window displays a list containing the number of Projects you want to duplicate, each of which is called Copy 1, 2, 3 etc.

You must tab through the fields of each duplicated Record amending the Project Code to have a unique value. You can leave the Name and Description fields as they are, or re-enter the relevant details for each.
