When documents are scanned into ADM, the file format is set by the scanner. If these are in a PDF file format, they will not be picked up by the ADM automated process so will be placed in the watched folder.
The file type that will be picked up is TIF. Once the file name extension is changed to .tif, and rescanned in, then they will show in the usual place.
