One reason the Access tab is not appearing in Excel is that the Excel option needs to be re-enabled in AOI Administrator. To do this:
Click AOI Administrator then clear Microsoft Excel <Office Version>.
Select Microsoft Excel <Office Version>.
Click OK then click Microsoft Excel and check if the Access tab is present.
