In the first instance, please check that the Access Office Integration Add-ins are available and enabled. These can be checked in Excel. Click File, Options, Add-Ins, Manage Excel Add-Ins. Click Go.
Check the Excel Add-ins, Com Add-ins and also any Disabled Items.
