For Dimensions 3.00a the Transaction Broker client should be installed on the users PC and will require a Dimensions SQL Authenticated user to be created if one does not exist. Support can provide the installation media on request.
The main core of Transaction Broker is the configuration file <file>.df1 and after installation of the client this needs to be copied over from a working device and selected when first logging into the client. A working client can be used as a reference to aid setup.
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, quoting the user who needs to be created. Typically the user name follows a specific format so please quote an existing users format in the request. If installation media is required please quote the version in use from a working users client.
