Normally there is a queue that runs in the background, it can run over night for it so the records might not appear until tomorrow if the users were created today. Also, in order to minimise delays in the queue it assists the process if the User role is removed and saved, then re-added then saved when the fewest possible number of users are logged into Access Evo.

Please remove the permissions against the user account for Dimensions and FocalPoint and add them again. This will refresh the queue and the required accounts should be created successfully.
