A different analysis code can be stored against each of the 10 entries in the selling and buying price tables if required.
The following steps describe how to change the associated analysis code:
Click Selling/Purchasing, Price Records on the Ribbon menu or Sales Orders/Purchase Orders, Records, Price Records on the Classic Menu.
Select or search for the required Price Record.
Click the blue drill down arrow adjacent to Selling/Cost price as required.
Click the Edit button in the Selling/Buying Price Table window.
Select the required price line.
Enter or search for the analysis code.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for as many price lines as need updating.
Click the Save icon.
