You can export data from a crystal report into other formats by using the following steps:
Print the relevant report to screen
On the top of the report you will see an Envelope Icon select this
From here choose the format needed and Destination
For Excel Choose either of the two options in the Format Drop-down (depending on the format you need).
In the Destination Drop-down choose Application.
