The error message is caused by the email address in the Dimensions database being different to when the email address was previously synchronised with Expenses. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user getting the error.
Error - 'You have logged in using a different email address from the one used to launch Dimensions from Access Evo. This is not supported. Please try again without changing the email address' (Access Hosted Clients)
