Edit a customer record code once created

Once a customer record is created, you can edit the Code so long as there are no transactions on the record. If there are transactions and you have access to the Corrections Module you can change the code by the below steps:

  1. Click Debtors, Customers and select the required customer.

  2. Click Correct.

  3. Enter code to change to.

  4. Click the Green tick icon.
