Error - 'Access Evo returned a security error. Authentication ERROR. Ticket HAS EXPIRED' when synchronising Dimensions to Access Evo

To resolve this issue, you'll need to update your Access Evo Ticket. This can be done by doing the following:

  1. Click the red Dimensions button

  2. Click Change Password

  3. Click Access Access Evo Logon Details

  4. Log into Access Evo
