To make the user inactive so they can log in:
Login to Dimensions Accounts as the ’sa’ user.
In the ribbon, on the System Tab in the Security section, click User Records. A new User Records window will appear.
Select a User who needs to be made Inactive.
In the menu at the top, click Inactive. The user should now be able to log in.
