Change a users username (Access Hosted Client)

To have the username changed Support will need to liaise with colleagues in the hosting team. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user that requires changing and the username you wish to change it to.

Note: If Active Directory and Windows Authentication are enabled this will not be possible and a new user will need to be created.
