Error - 'Failed to send the E-mail' (MAPI Only)

When sending emails using MAPI in Dimensions, a warning should appear asking to allow or deny a program to send email through outlook. Allowing it will send the email, if you click deny, the message Failed to send the E-mail will be shown as this effectively stops Dimensions from sending the email.
