Asset Manager - New Users not appearing

This is down to the provisioning service for Access Evo. If you are having this issue please try the following:

  • Unsubscribe and then re-subscribe the user, leaving a few seconds in between for the provisioning service to work.

  • If this still doesn't work, please try again later in the day when there isn't as much load on the provisioning service.

This process runs through the provisioning tool which is responsible for a large number of processes in Access Evo. At peak times, the service can run slow or may not recognise the changes at all. It is recommended that if this doesn't work, then try this later in the day when there is less demand on the service.
