Nominal Accounts
We are excited to introduce Nominal Accounts in Dimensions Cloud. You can access this page by selecting the Financials module from the left-hand side menu and then selecting the Accounts option.
The Accounts screen follows the same look and feel as the Customer and Supplier Records screen for consistency purpose and to allow a similar user experience.
The Accounts option is only available under the Financials module when you are not using Advanced Nominal Ledger, and it allows you to get more information about your nominal accounts.
The Nominal Profile functionality for the Accounts as seen in Dimensions is not currently available in Dimensions Cloud.
Note: Access to the Accounts screen, including creating and editing accounts is controlled by your security profile permissions is Dimensions.
To view security profile permissions, in DImensions navigate to Security Profiles, then click Nominal Ledger and then click on the Accounts option.

Preview Tiff/Tif type files in your Documents tab
With this release, we introduce the option to preview Tiff/Tif type files in the Documents Tab of the Action Panel.
To preview the Tiff/Tif file, click on the Preview icon of the document uploaded for your customer, supplier or enquiry transactions to open it in embedded preview mode.
This feature compliments the existing document management capabilities, making it easier to preview essential documents directly within the Documents Tab.
To access your Digital Assistant, just click on the icon
in the bottom right-hand side corner, choose "Ask a Question", and select the module you want to explore.
