New columns in the Nominal Transaction Enquiry
We have added 3 extra columns to the Nominal Transaction Enquiryscreen to easily identify Recurring and Reversing Transactions, which provide you with a clearer understanding of recurring schedules and reverted transactions.
The 3 new columns added as default columns to the end of your Nominal Transaction Enquiry screen.
If you wish to move the columns around to suit you better, you can do so by following our Configure Columnsarticle.
The new columns and their purpose:
Recurring column
The recurring column can be used to easily track transactions that are part of recurring setups.
A ticked checkbox indicates next to a transaction that it is part of a recurring journal.
The recurring column also provides a filter option to view only the recurring transactions for quicker access.
You can access this by hovering over the label of the column, then click on the 3 horizontal lines to open up the filter options.
Reversing column
The reversing column can be used to easily track transactions where a reversing option is set up.
A ticked checkbox indicates next to a transaction that it is a reversing journal.
The reversing column also provides a filter option to view only the recurring transactions for quicker access.
You can access this by hovering over the label of the column, then click on the 3 horizontal lines to open up the filter options.
Reverse Status column
The Reverse Status column displays more details for the reversing transactions, by displaying the following options:
