All our enquiries and record lists share the same screens and the same functionality for consistency purposes.
The Costing Transactions Enquiry provides a list of all actual sale and cost transactions for projects and cost centres used on these transactions.
You can group based on your actual sales or costs using the Grouping Option which can be found on the top of your enquiry under the Enquiry name.
Group all your Actual Sales together for better visibility
Find the Actual Sales column in your enquiry. If it is not on the grid, you can add it using the configure column option found under the cog icon.
Hover over the Actual Sales label and holding down your left mouse key, drag the Actual Sales column into the Grouping section found under the Costing Transactions Enquiry name.
Note: All your sales transactions are grouped together and the total value of the sales is displayed based on the Projects used in these transactions. You will still see Actual Cost type transactions when you expand a group, however the values are calculated based on the total sales.
You can drag any columns into the Grouping area to make it easier for you to see totals and transactions.
Like on all other enquiries, you can also perform the following using the Advanced Filter panel or by filtering on the displayed columns by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the icon and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
You can run enquiries against all records or just a specific record.
You can apply filters to ensure that only the transactions you are interested in are displayed in the enquiry window.
Access to enquiry windows is controlled by your security profile.
Access the Costing Transactions Enquiry

Note: All transactions are displayed. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the 3 small horizontal lines and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
