How to access and start a Copilot conversation

A guide to accessing Copilot on the Evo platform, selecting an Evo Skill, and starting a conversation using suggested or custom queries.

You can access Copilot once you are on the Evo platform by following this step by step guide.

Access Copilot from the Evo platform

  1. Log into you Evo platform just like you do when accessing Access Dimensions Cloud.

  2. On the Evo page, click on the access button in the top left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Select Copilot from the options displayed to see a set of Evo Skills you have access to which are listed based on your products and permissions.

  4. Select an option from the Evo Skills you wish to work with for a tailored experience, or for anything more general, just start typing your query in the text box under the Evo Skills list.

Starting a conversation or select a suggested conversation

  1. Once you have selected an Evo Skill, you will see a list of suggested questions which you can click on or alternatively you can start typing a new query in the text box at the bottom of the Copilot screen.

  2. You can for example type in 'How many customers do I have'

Note: There is a 20 queries so once you have asked 20 questions, you will need to start a new topic by clicking on the New Topic button.
