Download and use Access Evo Mobile on your phone

A guide to downloading and using the Access Evo mobile app, covering how to log in, select an organisation, and access Copilot features on iOS and Android devices.

The Access Evo Mobile is a native app that allows you to access Evo features like Copilot, Products and Customer Experience on the go, helping you stay connected wherever you are.

Download the mobile app

The Access Evo mobile app is available for both Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) devices.

  1. On your device, open the App Store for iPhone or iPad or Google Play Store for Android.

  2. In the search bar, type Access Evo.

  3. Select the app from the search results and click on either Get for iOS and Install for Android. If you are prompted, follow the instructions to confirm the download (e.g. Apple ID, Face ID, Touch ID or Google Account).

Once you have installed Access Evo, the app will appear on your home screen or apps list.

Logging in

When you click on the app to open, the welcome screen is displayed for you

You can change the region, which is set to UK/ Rest of World by default.

You can log on with your own Access Evo account credentials to start using the app.

If you have access to multiple organisations, a list will be displayed for you to select the one you want to use. Once you have selected your organisation, you will need to allow any requested permissions to ensure full app functionality, such as enabling notifications.

Copilot on Access Evo Mobile app

On mobile devices, Copilot offers the same powerful query capabilities as on desktop. You can ask questions, retrieve data, and receive real-time answers directly from your mobile device.

Features available on the desktop version, including topic history, show chart and change Copilot Skill mid-conversation, are fully supported on mobile as well.

Please be aware that the process for archiving and restoring feed items on mobile devices differs from desktop. On mobile, you can archive a feed item by swiping left on the item and tapping Archive. And you can restore an archived feed item by swiping left on the item and tapping Restore.
