Updated over a week ago

In this article we aim to take you through each key feature of your Copilot detailing them in the different sections so you can utilise it the best way that suits your business needs.

Topic History

The first time you use Copilot, you will not have any history yet, so the Topic History button will be disabled.

  1. Log into you Evo platform just like you do when accessing Access Dimensions Cloud.

  2. On the Evo page, click on the access button in the top left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Select Copilot from the options displayed.

  4. Click on the Topic History button, on the top right hand-side of the Copilot screen.

Once you have used Copilot, you can easily access your previous Copilot topics. This helps you track earlier queries, review previous answers, and manage multiple conversations more efficiently.

Full screen mode

Still on the Copilot screen, click on the

icon button, on the top right hand-side of the Copilot screen.

You can expand Copilot into a full screen, giving you more space to work with and making it easier to focus on your queries and results.

Show Chart

Still on the Copilot screen, click on the

icon button, towards the bottom right hand-side of the Copilot screen to allow you to interact with Copilot and receive data that you can be formatted as a chart quickly to allow you to view the data more comfortably.

Once your chart if created, you can also download it by clicking on the

icon towards the bottom middle part of the screen.

Change Copilot Skill mid-conversation

You can change the Copilot Skill in the middle of your conversation in 2 different ways.

Once you have selected an Evo Skill and have initiated or are in the middle of a chat, at the bottom of your Copilot screen, you can see your selected Evo Skill.

You can click on the button at the bottom of your conversation panel in Copilot which lists the Evo Skills that you can choose from.

Alternatively, you can type in '@' in the text box at the bottom of your Copilot screen which also brings up the skills you can select from. This is a shortcut to changing skills when you are in the middle of your work.
