You can rearrange, remove unwanted columns, and add new ones to be displayed on the Debtors, Creditors and Financials Enquiry screens to best suit your needs.
For consistency the functionality is the same regardless of where you open the Configure Columns screen. You will only have to set this up once per screen as the settings are saved for you.
The examples below take you through the Sales Transaction enquiry, however the functionality is the same for all of the other enquiry and record list screens in all of the modules.
Remove unwanted columns
Click the Module then click on the Option of your choice from the left-hand side menu.
Note: All transactions or records are displayed. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the 3 small horizontal lines and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
On the Enquiry or Records screen, click on the cog icon the top right-hand side of the screen.
From the list displayed, click on Configure Columns to open the Configure Columns screen.
Note: All currently displayed columns on the enquiry have a ticked checkbox in front of them.
Remove the tick for any columns which you no longer need.
Click Confirm Columns to save your changes.
The columns that are displayed on the screen are refreshed to display your configuration.
Example:

Note: You can also move columns around on an enquiry or records screen, just hover over the column you wish to move and when you see the little hand, just drag the column to the position you need it to be in by holding down the left mouse key.
