This error could have two cause factors:
AOI is not installed correctly. Follow the install or upgrade AOI article for guidance. Also ensure the machine has .NET Framework version 4.6.2 or later installed, as well as the previous versions.
If AOI has been installed and set up correctly, the issue may be caused by the licence file issued by despatch.
