If you are a hosted customer or have SQL support with Access, our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams.
If your SQL is supported by your internal IT, the sa password can be changed within the server. It is server specific not database specific. (Password can be changed within database (Security- Logins))
*Warning* If the sa password is changed this could impact multiple services if used by other applications.
