To restore the 'Rate Maintenance' button, follow these steps:

Select the profile using the Previous or Next arrows, or the Find binoculars.

On the list, click System Control.

Click the X next to Rate Maintenance.

1. Click System.
2. Click Profiles.
3. Select the profile using the Previous or Next arrows, or the Find binoculars.
4. On the list, click System Control.
5. Click Records.
6. Click Edit.
7. Click the X next to Rate Maintenance.
8. Click Save.

The 'Rate Maintenance' button will appear immediately, or after the user logs out and back in.
