Transaction Broker - Error - 'Too many workstations in use' (Access Hosted Customers)

The error is caused when another user is already using Transaction Broker.

Identify who else is logged into the system, and get them to log off in order for you to be able to access Transaction Broker.

If nobody is currently using the program, but the error is still showing, our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Dimensions.
