Customer - Info.
The Info window for records holds reference information about this record.
There are slight differences depending on the particular record involved.
The dates on this card are automatically updated as you trade with this Customer, except that, when in Edit mode you can enter a reminder date for the Next Contact.
Date that the record was created.
Date that the last change was made to the record.
Date this Account was last Invoiced.
Date a Payment was last received or made from/to this Account.
It also shows the Language associated with this record, and when in Edit mode, alternative Languages can be assigned.
Level determines who has access rights to this record; Level 1 allows only the most senior Users to use it. Level 9999 (or blank) allows everyone to use it. The Level will be assigned automatically as the Enter/Amend level held in the Security Profile of the User who entered this record. This can be changed when in Edit mode.
Stock Allocation Priority determines how important each Customer's priority level is in the Stock Allocation process. Enter a number from 1 (highest priority) to 99 (lowest priority); Customers who are not given a priority level will default to 99 (lowest priority).
Inactive marks the currently selected record as Inactive so that they will no longer be included in the record lists or on record reports.
Do not E-mail from Workspace - Select this option if your Customer advises you that they do not want to receive invitations to join Access Workspace. When set, this Customer is not displayed in the Upload Statements window when you Sync with Workspace.
Head Office indicates that this Customer is the Head Office for a Trading Group. A Trading Group consists of two or more Customers who place orders independently and have separate delivery addresses but wish to be invoiced together. Only one Customer can be designated as the Head Office for the Trading Group. Head office Account Customers can be identified as part of a Trading Group by selecting another Customer to act as their Head Office. Use this search to select the Head Office account.

Use Head Office default Invoice Address
If selected, when entering Orders the default addresses shown on the Order will be those of the Head Office.
Buying Group indicates that this Customer is an Invoice point for other Customers in a Buying Group. The adjacent Name field is only enabled when Buying Group is ticked, and should be a unique name of up to 40 characters.
Dimensions Only - This feature is not available in Dimensions Lite
A Customer can be flagged as a Buying Group and also belong to other Buying Groups
The Buying Group functionality exists alongside Trading Groups, which means that a Customer can belong to both Buying Groups and a Trading Group.
Consolidation of Invoices applies only to Trading Groups
