CIS - Partnership List
This window can be opened from the search icon on the CIS Subcontractor window to enable you to select a CIS Partnership record.
The list will only include supplier records that are flagged as CIS and which have a Business Type of Partnership.
The list window has search fields to help you to locate the correct record.
A double click on an entry in the list will populate the link field and close the list window.
Partnership Link
When subcontractors trade under a partnership arrangement, specific rules are applied by HMRC when the matching and verification processes are undertaken.
The matching process for subcontractors who are part of a partnership agreement is based on the Partnership UTR.
The partnership link is established by entering the supplier code of the partnership record on the CIS Subcontractor window of the supplier who is part of the partnership.
This can be done by entering the Supplier code into the field or by clicking on the search button to display the Partnership list from which you can select.
