The Turnover Analysis tab on a supplier record shows the current, last, and previous years' figures. Click a hyperlinked value to drill into the transactions for that period. The values shown represent all invoices less credit notes. Payments, debit adjustments, and credit adjustments are not included. Clicking a hyperlink opens the Purchase Ledger Enquiry or Purchase Transactions Enquiry, which shows all transaction types — not just invoices and credit notes. As a result, the total net value at the bottom may differ from the Turnover Period value. To make the net total in the Purchase Ledger Enquiry match the Turnover Period value:
Click Creditors, then click Suppliers.
📌 Note: All supplier records are shown. Use advanced filters to narrow the list, or click the three horizontal lines on any column label to filter directly.
Tick the checkbox next to the supplier you want to view.
📌 Note: The Action Panel opens automatically on the right. Close it by clicking the arrow icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
Click the Turnover Analysis tab, then click the hyperlinked value for a period.
📌 Note: The Purchase Transactions enquiry opens and shows all transactions that make up the Turnover Period value.
Click the green funnel icon with an orange circle in the top right of the Enquiry screen.
The Advanced Filter panel opens.
In the Type field, click the drop-down and tick Invoice and Credit Note.
Click Apply at the bottom of the Advanced Filter panel.
The Purchase Ledger Enquiry updates to show only invoices and credit notes. The total net value at the bottom now matches the Turnover Period value.
For currency suppliers or any currency suppliers, the turnover is shown in both the home currency and the supplier's default currency. The values represent the currency values of all transactions, not home currency equivalents.
