If you have received an email which seems to be coming from an employee of the Access Group, but are unsure about its legitimacy, please check the following details:
Check to see if the email domain is correct (@theaccessgroup.com)
Check the spelling and look for grammatical errors within the email
Examine the name and the title of the sender in the closing remarks
Inspect the Access logo and address from the footnote
If the email is talking about a contract renewal, check to see if your current contract is actually coming to an end
If any of these aspects do not seem to be legitimate, report the email as phishing.
If you are still unsure about the legitimacy of the email, please raise a new support case online and reference the email address of the sender and add a screenshot of the email.
