To make a Workflow Form available in Dimensions, add it to a Dimensions menu. The Workflow Forms application must already be linked with Access Dimensions, and Workflow Forms must be enabled in Dimensions.
Open Workflow Forms Designer and click More.
Confirm the Application field is set to Dimensions.
Log in to Workflow Forms Designer.
Open the form you want to make available.
On the Integration tab, you will see a list of items corresponding to the modules and menus in Access Dimensions.
Browse the menu and open the menu where you want to place the form.
Click the relevant menu item, then click Add Form to Menu.
The form is now available in Access Dimensions. Ensure your users have the relevant permissions to access it.
