In order to do this, you need to add the workflow form to a menu in Access Dimensions
Note that in order to make form available in Dimensions your Workflow forms application must have been linked with Access Dimensions and Workflow Forms must be available in Access Dimensions.
Open Workflow Forms Designer and select the More button
You will see an option for Application - ensure this is set to Dimensions
Log in to the Workflow Forms Designer
Open the form that you would like to make available
On the Integration tab you will see a list of items that correspond to the modules and menus in Access Dimensions
Navigate through the menu and open the menu you would like to place the form into
Select the relevant menu item, followed by Add Form to Menu
The form will now be available within Access Dimensions - note that you will need to ensure that your users are set with relevant permissions.
