Audit Trail for the Corrections Module

Corrections module includes a report the can be run showing the changes made by users via the corrections module. However, in collect this information, you will need to set up an Audit Trail. This allows you to set up and collect the audit information that you need. In order to set up audit trails, carry out the following:

1) Log into Dimensions as the 'SA' user
2) System, Data Utilities, Corrections, Audit Trail
3) Highlight the table you wish to trap actions on, click Insert
4) Give the trigger a name (no spaces)
5) Select whether trapping Insert, Update, Delete actions
6) Select/Tick fields to monitor (Trigger and Show)
7) Save

The Crystal report named Corrections Audit Trail located in System, ACR will show these and can be limited to be just the type done above (Insert, Update, Delete).

Please note, if you do not currently have the Corrections Module with Dimensions then the Audit Trail will not work. Please reach out to your Account Manager who can assist you with purchasing the Corrections Module.
