There is no standard report available showing a history of user logins and logouts. One option is to use the Corrections Module Audit function to create a trigger on the User table that tracks each session going forward. This only captures activity from the point the trigger is created — it does not work retrospectively. A report that tracks historical user activity would require a customisation.
