Documents permissions improvements

The Documents tab on the Customers, Suppliers, Sales Transactions, and Purchase Transactions Enquiry screen is now accessible to you with the following roles:

  • Administrator with Web Access

  • User with Web Access

  • Administrator with Client Access

  • User with Client Access

To verify a user's role, Admins can navigate to the Members page in Workspace, locate the user, click the three dots on the right side of the user's information card, and select Manage roles. This allows them to check the user’s specific permissions for Documents.

Note: To minimise the number of notifications you receive, we will begin sending all Release Maintenance notifications exclusively through your Digital Assistant from the 1st of January 2025. This approach will help ensure you receive essential updates in a more focused and convenient way, directly through your Digital Assistant.

To access your Digital Assistant, just click on the icon

in the bottom right-hand side corner, choose "Ask a Question", and select the module you want to explore.
