Warehouse Despatch Confirmation error 'Pick notification has lost its link to the sales order'

This error indicates that for at least one line of the Pick received from Delta WMS it has lost or did not have a link to the Original Sales Order Detail line.

You can tell which lines are affected by the lines which appear with a ? symbol.

To resolve this, our support team will investigate, run scripts, or liaise with the hosting or development teams. Any issues with contacting us, see the following Get support in Dimensions.

​When contacting support, include a screenshot of the error as it appears in Dimensions and a full list of the Sales Order Numbers affected.
