Error: 'The Access Office Integration Excel Functions.xll file could not be found' when opening Excel

This error appears when Excel cannot find the Access Office Integration add-in. Check that the Access Office Integration add-ins are available and enabled. In Excel, click **File**, then click **Options**, then click **Add-ins**. Use the **Manage** drop-down, select **COM Add-ins**, then click **Go**. Check the Excel add-ins, COM add-ins, and any disabled items.
