Depending on the nature and the Dimensions API you are experiencing issues with you may be able to get support from a trained Dimensions Analyst. Otherwise if the query is deemed too complex for support or requires any kind of amendment to the core Dimensions Code it will likely require Access Consultancy or Development Resolution.
